
Anuradha Ananth A student of English Literature, Anu is also a Chevening scholar who studied Broadcast Journalism in Cardiff, UK. Anu delights in children and theatre, and has alarmingly frequent bouts of wanderlust. Though she loves books, she never thought she'd write one. Rangoli is her first and she's hoping the Muse will visit her again, soon.

Aravind Krish Bala used to trek in the Western Ghats and bring back stories and pictures for his little daughter Spatika. She thought her father owned those forests. Now, she knows that we all own the forests. His first tale for her from the wild was about the Black Panther. So it is special. Aravind used to be a teacher, and is now a journalist writing on environment, wildlife and conservation.

Arthi Anand Navaneeth Arthi Anand Navaneeth is a marketing professional with a fragrance MNC. Her two daughters inspire her to write. She enjoys reading and reviewing children’s books. Have You Seen This? is her first book with Tulika.

Asha Hanley spent a magical childhood beside Lake Nageen in Kashmir, filled with folklore, myths and snippets of history. After many years away, she returned to settle in Pahalgam with two small sons and tried to help the local people. However little they may have learnt from her, she says, she learnt plenty from them and The Enchanted Saarang is the result. In 1990 she was force to flee her home within the hour. Asha now lives in London.

Ashok Rajagopalan writes and draws for children's books. He believes that anyone who wants to can draw or write. He lives in a suburb of Chennai with his wife, two children and a beautiful cat.
