• Packing and shipping to anywhere in the world is FREE!
• Books are sent by Registered Book Post and take about 10-15 days to reach within India, 15-25 days overseas.
• Courier delivery is quicker, but chargeable (the amount pops up on your cart). Books reach in about 2-3 days within India, 6-8 days overseas.
• Larger orders – of over 100 books – may require additional time to process and pack.
• Orders are despatched within three working days.
• Delivery is usually Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm, excluding public holidays. Some couriers/post offices deliver on Saturdays in India.
• Delays in delivery may happen in spite of our best efforts and due to factors beyond our control.

All electronic payments are routed through CC Avenue, our secure payment gateway. Payment options include:

• Cash on delivery (only in Chennai)

Indian customers can also pay by Demand Draft or an at par cheque in favour of Tulika Publishers, payable at Chennai, and send it to:

Orders against cheque payments will be processed only after the clearance of the cheque. 

CHECKING ORDER STATUS

Once you pay for your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking id. You could also log into your account and check – if it says ‘payment accepted’, it’s through.
