S.P. Thilakavathi

Thilak joined Tulika in 1998 and soon became pivotal to Tulika’s functioning in many ways.  She joined as accountant and has been meticulously managing accounts since then. And everything else as it turned out – from a malfunctioning printer to lost keys to book exhibitions.  While continuing to handle everything in her calm manner, and giving everyone a patient hearing, including distributors and customers, she has also taken over sales efficiently. Her patience and efficiency is well known in the field now! Often she is a very good sounding board for many of Tulika’s Tamil translations.
