7. How long does it take for the order to be processed and shipped?

Processing starts as soon as you place the order, and books are shipped out in three working days. Bulk orders, however, may take a little more time.

Once the order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the carrier name and your tracking id. You may also contact us for information.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Many variables affect delivery time – size of the order, shipping address, mode of delivery opted for, within India or overseas... Registered book post takes 10-15 days, 15-25 days overseas. Courier would take 2-3 days, 6-8 days for overseas. Delivery is usually from Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, excluding public holidays. Some couriers and post offices deliver on Saturdays in India. 

A committed delivery timeline pops up when you add an item to your cart. We try to keep to that but there are often delays beyond our control. A message alerting you to a change in schedule will be sent to your email id. 

3. Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping is FREE for all orders by Registered Book Post. But for quicker delivery by courier you will have to bear the charges, which are based on weight and will reflect in your cart.
